My sale person was Rami he was super nice and friendly to me and my family. I came in two weeks before Christmas in need of a car. I was undecided if I wanted to buy a car out right or get a car note. Rami was very patient with me and allowed me to have 24 hours to decide. Where can i start me and my lady came across this dealership on auto list and was interested in a cadillac. Unfortunately after talking to our great salesman RA we couldn’t get the cadillac for specific reasons so instead the owner of the dealership approached us and suggested a better car that would work with our down payment and credit score, they were very determined to let us leave with a new vehicle no matter what. After doing paperwork and the dealership doing their magic they managed to get us out of a 2007 impala to a 2018 Nissan! this was a smooth process whatsoever and best dealership in chicago.
