THE ITEM YOUR LOOKING AT IS for (1) APSE 20" ALUMINUM MAG BICYCLE  SPOKELESS RIM It is USED BUT appears to be IN GOOD CONDITION. It comes with a Mongoose brand tire. Have no idea if the tire is good. Not an expert. Had a bunch of bike parts come in from an estate that we are selling! AS I SAID I'M NOT A BIKE EXPERT  BUT ALL SEEMS WELL. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO ASK.
