1999 Alphenite 19ft

Don’t judge me, the foil was just my window shades lol. This is a small 5th wheel suitable for the job site or camping. Everything works except a few lights because of water, you can see in the photos the containers I have to catch some water when it rains. I recently sealed most of the roof but there’s a slight leak near the kitchen table I wasn’t able to pinpoint, also when the water is turned on there’s a small leak in the piping that makes floor wet after about 20 min of continuous flow but I don’t know how to fix that. I have all the paper work and keys for this and the brakes and tires are in drivable condition. The mattress has a few water stains but I bought a steamer and will clean that before sale. Need to move off property so trying to price to sell
