Our camper is permanently placed at Florida Camp Inn (Davenport, Fl). We're asking $3500 firm and cash up front. (Not interested in accepting payments). It has flush toilet, shower, full fridge, no bed (we set up our own) and no stove/ oven. We bought a single burner for cooking which we can leave. Lot rent is $630 with water included but we pay for electric at the same time as the lot rent. Park approval is a must and you'll have to speak with the office about move in terms. Also selling a golf cart that's in good shape, it does need some batteries. We're asking $3000 or trade for riding lawn mower. We bought two but does need four more.
