Ark Motors did an exceptional job and went above and beyond to get me into my Tesla Model X.  Alex helped me for over a week get the perfect vehicle and the finance manager Raed did an amazing job finding financing for my situation. Alex and the Ark Motors team did an amazing job getting the car prepped and everything ready before I arrived from over 2 hours away. Just purchased a Honda Odyssey with low miles and leather interior, my wife couldn't be happier which is a plus for me. The owner/ finance manager was friendly and knowledgeable and played no games, he switched over my insurance and took care of the tag transfer which they pay for. Like to give a shout out to Brian, Eddie, Alex, and Zain for their patience and knowledge when it came to acquiring a car. I traded in my Lancer ES for a is300. It was a long 4 day process but it all turned out great. I would highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle that suits you. 10/10 in my books.

Purchased a car about 2 months ago. The mechanic Alex, who now claims to be the manager, knew I was having a leaking issue and just kept telling me it wasn't. Now they don't want to take responsibility and help with the repairs. The car has a bad transmission seal, a bad mass air flow sensor, bad tie rods, a bad passenger side cv axle seal, and an AC leak. Of course, since I didn't purchase the warranty, they want to wash their hands with me. He claims that these issues could have happened after I purchased the car.  Really? Don't bother going to them. Look at the other bad reviews. Terrible customer service. No wonder your review score has gone down since I last looked at it.
