This furniture is very solidly built and the drawer slides are high quality and functioning well. All drawers open and close smoothly. SEE PHOTOS FOR MEASUREMENTS OF EACH ITEM - everything is very solid and structurally sound but there is some wear on a few parts and I did my best to show this on pictures. Everything is used and there are some signs of wear. The book shelf has the most wear (there is a stamp on it and some places where stickers have worn off the finish). The corner of a couple drawers have wear/damage, and the bottom side of the night stand does as well. I have attempted to show this wear in the pictures but if you want more photos/video or have any questions please let me know. The shelf is not attached and can be used on either the dresser or the desk. The mirror also doesn't attach to anything - it hangs on a wall. Selling as a set but if you don't want the shelf or the mirror you don't have to take them. Located in Plymouth 1 mile west of Hwy 169
