The WORST of the WORST!! Experience and customer service i have ever seen in over 10+ years
The names i will put on here is very accurate and goes from the GM to the GSM all the way to the Sales manger that lied prior to just trying to make a deal. They lied admitted to it and still didn’t pay what they promised verbally!

I requested to speak to the GM and they advise me he’s not in while i was looking at him thru the window and when i was on a phone call they literally all went home and no one else was there to assist.

I won’t stop until all of you guys are handled with or cooperate contacts me due to the mishandling of information and documentation ! I have proof video and voice recording !

Laura from finance department called me multiple times and harassed my phone because they screwed up on documentation and then needed my signature after they should have fixed it but instead they were nasty and rude especially her manger.

Paul stern - finance director this short guy here is the absolutely worst. Calls me from his direct phone number then after he gets what he wants he tells me don’t contact his personal cell number as if i asked tor it but you guys still don’t understand how i am trying to fight it until i get what’s right and the payment i am owed!
The GSM- Giovanni is his name was the worst. Claims to want to help me but he knew and understood the situation and made it seem so great and trust me i will put all of this in a. Chronological order and send it to whoever until i get what i deserve and what they said and now i am stuck wi the a 12000 bill that they stated they would of took care of but lied just to make a deal.

The absolutely worst. I’ve never felt humiliated and shame upon after i told you guys how i feel about customer service because i am a provider and first responder and i absolutely take customer service to the highest level but instead laugh and thought i would keep silent.
I recommend not going to this location at all ! Especially from the chain of command. The high up mangers it starts at the top and work its way down to the employees 2x i got screwed over by you guys. I won’t be a fool to keep shut anymore!

Nothing has been done yet  and it’s been month but i will continue and will move forward if no response is reached out!

It has been over 60 days and my tag is now expired.  No one will answer my questions as to why they haven't sent title information to my lien holder.  Until then, I cannot put a hard plate on my car. Very poor. I do not recommend this dealership. They want your service,  but do no complete the proper steps in completing the purchase.

This dealer has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. From a dead battery and bad tires on a brand new vehicle that I had to spend months fighting to get replaced, to being lied to about my maintenance package coverage which has remained in their court to fix/respond about for over 4 months, to the service department taking 6 days to "fix" what they messed up I would never recommend using Aventura CJDR. Before leaving the dealer on the day of purchase I was told the battery was replaced.

The tires that came on the vehicle from the factory had flat spots on them causing a vibration when driving. Instead of fixing them the proper way by replacing them, they took tires off another vehicle on the lot and put them on mine. This is only after months of no response, getting pushed between 3 different departments and finally going as high as the GM of the dealer to get them replaced.

The maintenance package I purchased was supposed to cover the full cost of maintenance "out of network" because I do not live near the dealer. The first time I got service at another dealer, I received a bill because the "out of network" coverage only covers up to a certain dollar amount If I don't go to Aventura CDJR and I was not informed of that. That dollar amount doesn't even cover what the oil change costs or other required maintenance.

Lastly, I took my truck in for regular service on Friday of last week with no issues going on. When the dealer plugged their computer in, all of the sudden, every system in the truck came up with an error and every light came on, on the dashboard. They dealer explained that they would need to keep it to figure out what happened. Mind you I was having no issues until the dealer plugged their computer in. They didn't have a loaner vehicle, so they set up a rental for me at enterprise.

When getting to enterprise, they said I was required to get a CJDR vehicle and all they had a was an older Dodge Charger. This charger has literally holes in the floor board, holes in the seats, molding falling off the front, and not a single safety feature or anything any bit comparable to the vehicle I had in service. Even though they had plenty of other vehicles on the lot they said they could not rent them to me. After driving off, I noticed on the highway that the Charger alignment was off and had a bad shimmy on the highway. I stopped at 6 different enterprises trying to exchange it for another vehicle where I was denied. I was told I couldn't go to an airport location unless it was a mechanical issue, which it was. The only thing they could exchange me out to was a compact sedan, which again was not comparable to my vehicle in service.

Over the course of the next couple days, I stopped at 3 more enterprises where I was finally able to get an SUV. I called my service advisor Lauren multiple times over the 6 day period to get an update, where I never received a call back. Only a text message that my vehicle was ready on day 6, to which I responded that I was not able to pick it up before they closed until 2 days later because of my work schedule. I was responded to with a blunt, rude set of messages that I needed to bring the rental car back or they were not going to pay for it. The dealer, who caused my vehicle to have issues was now only worried about their timeline, not that fact that I was planning to be in an out of there for just an oil change and tire rotation. We found out that the issue was a faulty battery, which at that point should have only been 9 months old if they actually replaced it like they said they did when I purchased the truck.

I was then forced to cancel meetings to get to the dealer before it closed which was 2 hours away from my work during rush hour. This dealer has no care for their customers, doesn't know how to properly speak to them or inform them of the status of their vehicle when it is in for service, rather all they care about is getting paid for their rental that I shouldn't have had in the first place.

To date, this is my 7th CJDR vehicle, and I will never go here again.

From the minute I spoke with my salesman Brandon on the phone, to the time I walked out the door with the keys to my new 2023 charger r/t , my experience was great. I had the pleasure of working with Juan and Brandon for the sale and Andrew for the financing part. Andrew was able to work a deal for me with the monthly payments being right where I wanted to be. He was very professional and respectful. When it came time to take my baby home, Juan and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean and ready for me to take home. I would highly recommend Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram to anyone looking for a new car or truck, with great customer service. Thank you guys for making my experience great.
