I want to say this place was beyond our expectations. Jeremy treated us like family and genuinely cared about how much we cared about the quality of the car. The way he handled our situation was extremely professional and the fastest I've ever been given keys to a car. If you want a ride from here I say go for it, this place has way more class than a lot of other dealerships.

From start to finish my experience at this establishment was great. My wife and I came looking to trade in our jeep for a newer one and that’s exactly what happened. We were offered a great price for her jeep, and then paid a very reasonable price for the new one. Julio was very helpful in every step of the process and ensured we met the numbers we wanted. All in all the process was very quick and with great results. I will be recommending this business when able.

I think it’s worth noting that the vehicle was very clean inside and out and we were given every record possible on the new jeep to get a good amount of buyers assurance.

Honestly great experience here! Julio was great! While working with Julio he was very informative, patient, kind and professional. He was very transparent with response to questions that I had and was always willing to work with me on finding something that works for the both of us. I am updating my review to reflect the continued frustration I have experienced after receiving a response from the owner of Legacy Cars. While the owner assured me in their response that they would assist with the repair of the camera-related issue as a gesture of goodwill, I have yet to receive any follow-up.

It has now been 6 days since I attempted to reach out daily, but despite my repeated efforts to get in contact with the owner, no one has returned my calls or provided any solution to the problem.

While I appreciate the initial offer, the lack of action and poor communication has only added to my disappointment. It is very concerning that the dealership, after promising to resolve the issue, has failed to follow through. It feels like my concerns are being ignored, and at this point, I have little confidence in Legacy Cars' commitment to customer service.

I hope the owner will finally take responsibility and address this issue as promised, but for now, my experience has been far from what was promised.

We purchase a Honda Odyssey from Legacy Cars on March 1, 2025. Less than a month after the purchase, on March 22, 2025, multiple warning lights illuminated on the vehicle's dashboard, indicating problems with the Auto High-Beam, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Collision Mitigation System, and Road Departure Mitigation System.We took the vehicle to Legacy Auto Care for inspection, where we were informed that the issue was related to a faulty camera. However, when we requested repairs, we were told that the camera issue was not covered under the 30-day warranty, despite the car being purchased less than a month ago.We feel that the vehicle was sold to us in an unsatisfactory condition, and we are disappointed that the dealership has refused to address these issues promptly. It is unacceptable to purchase a vehicle that is already experiencing significant malfunctions. We asked to speak to the owner of the dealership. They told us they will leave the message to the owner but we never got a call back.
