2014 Crossroads Sunset trail

hi I’m selling my 2012 Sunset Trail by crossroads it is 30 feet long it sleeps up to 9 comfortable it haves 2 slide outs one in the back with a bunk room, and one for the living room,it haves a a good awning it haves a outdoor kitchen it haves a pull out couch that turns into a bed, and the table also turns into a bed everything works on it. Everything is solid, and good floors are solid, and everything all appliance work Slide outs are strong, no leaks, or any major problems with the camper tires are pretty in good shape only reason why I am selling, because my father needs the space in the back yard for his trucks enjoyed this trailer lot it’s a beautiful camper trailer is worth around 14,500 to 16,000 only why I’m selling so cheap because I need the space must see trailer in person only serious buyers only thanks
