We purchased this “Albany Park” sectional less than two years ago from Albany Park. Unfortunately, when we moved into our new home in Cheyenne, we realized that the sectional was too large for our living room space. Everything is in excellent condition, with no rips, stains, or tears. Our home is pet-free and smoke-free. The sectional consists of six individual pieces: four oversized seats and two individual ottomans. We originally paid $4,000 for the set, but we are now offering it for $600 for all six pieces. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me. However, I kindly request serious inquiries only. Here are the dimensions of the sectional: - Couch: 159 inches long, or “13.25 Ft.” - Ottomans: Each ottoman is 37.5 x 37.5 inches. Also to add this sectional can be shortened by removing one of the armless pieces. This will reduce the length to 122 inches. Or “10 ft” Please note that the second Ottoman in the picture is not included, but it is identical to the one shown above. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 😊
