Classic 1977 16' Superboat Center Console with a 2005 Mercury OptiMax Engine with steel trailer in great condition as well. Superboat has been a leader of custom high-performance boats made in Amityville, on Long Island for over 50 years. This boat runs great! The hull is in top condition and the Mercury OptiMax is one of the most reliable, sought-after engines on the market. My buddy and I bought the boat last spring and used it lightly over the summer. We are starting new jobs soon, and will unfortunately not have the time to run this beauty the way she deserves. Many new parts have been added by a professional boat mechanic (not because of issues, but because we thought we would have this boat for much longer) which include: - Brand new flywheel, starter gear, and prop - Hydraulic steering - All filters replaced - Cables - New gas tank - Seat - Extra rod holders (6 total) - Fish Finder - Marine Radio - Plenty of other small accessory and appearance additions as well! All papers included, all it needs is a navigation light and you're on the water! We really wish we could hold onto it longer, but as our new jobs are coming up, it's not too realistic. We know the rarity and value of this boat and what we have put into it.
