Ford of Bellevue today was great to replace my remote key for Ford Explorer.  After quickly determining that the key needed to be replaced, they found new key in stock and Dimitri immediately started programming the new key.  Kept me updated throughout and resolved issue within the hour.  Everyone was very customer service focused including the Sales rep who opened door and escorted me to parts.

I recently purchased a car from AutoNation Ford and had a great experience. Although the process took some time, both the manager, Billy, and the salesperson, Amari, were incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through all the options that suited my budget and needs. Autonation Ford Bellevue was a pleasure to work with. I already knew what I wanted; I went in for a specific car they had on the lot. The salesman took a test drive with me and we went in to discuss. He did involve the manager and of course they didn't want to go as low as I offered but that's to be expected buying a car. The entire process really only took 2-3 hours, including the time it took me to go to the bank for a cashiers check and filling out all the paperwork. The salesman took the time to give me a run down of the car and even remembered to put the window sticker in the glove compartment for me! They were missing 1 key fob so he provided the parts and asked me to go to another service center to have it done; that was a hassle. They did reimburse me quickly and I received my plates timely in the mail. Good place to do business. If you know what it's worth and your bottom line, you won't be disappointed.
