Yes it’s free. For parts or repair. See details below. 1970s\1980s Minolta Data Back G. Works with the XG7, XG9, and later XG1 models that have a removable back cover. The plastic piece with the numbers is missing from the “year” dial. I put batteries in it and used the “battery check” button, but the battery check light did not illuminate. Not sure if the bulb is just burned out or if the unit itself isn’t functional. Have not tested it beyond this.
