I just purchased a car with Lucky motors for the first time and the process was seamless and stress-free from the beginning. Jose and Harrison were very polite and so sweet and during the admin process, they made sure to get me the best deal that they could, and were very insightful about the vehicle that I was purchasing as well as the other options that I wanted, and they were very thoughtful and really went the extra mile to make this whole process for me such a pleasant experience. Lucky motors is a family business because they were not just trying to sell me a car and get me out of there and confuse me, but they were very helpful and most importantly honest.❤️

Probably the worse place I’ve purchased a vehicle. They noticed a flat tire and knocked off $500 but hid and masked away the other 9 problems on the vehicle and refuse to pick up the phone and take actions to fix it after directly being told they would reimburse for part needed or take care of it themselves. Driven off the lot with drivetrain malfunction problems , bone dry charge air cooler , not even a quart of oil in the car after they mentioned the vehicle was LOOKED over by the techs. Empty radiator with no coolant, a rear bald tire due to bad alignment on vehicle , and a giant scratch in the glass in the rear or the vehicle masked away and hidden behind tint. Slight curbrash hidden on one of the expensive rims by something of similar color that washed away in the rain. The paint chips on the front bumper was whatever being hidden by a touch up pen regardless of the terrible job but that’s consider wear from the road in my eyes. Misfire on three cylinders , and I’m certain I haven’t even gotten to the bottom of everything. Tried reaching the personal cellphone of the number I was given to reach encase I wanted to return the car back but have been ghosted and ignored. Ignored calls , texts , and even calls to the dealership. These guys know the kind of scam and crooked game they are playing and continue to do so proudly. Currently $4000 in on parts and haven’t gotten to the labor yet. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TRUST THE LIES TOLD.

Purchased the vehicle from another state. The process was quick and easy with no issues. Transport had a slight mishap but the vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. I’m sure Harrison was tired of my calls and texts, but he made sure everything was done properly.  I would definitely purchase from Lucky Motors again!!

I recently purchased my vehicle from luckymotors1 with Jose as my salesman and I have to say it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.
