Description

Overall in good condition, the frame is in excellent condition, all cushions and fabrics are in great shape. The fabric can be replaced for a different color at ikea for $100 if wanted, but sofa being sold as-is. Only thing of note is that the fabric is held onto the metal frame via some velcro strips that are glued onto the frame. Overtime the adhesive gets weak and comes off, but can easily be replaced for around $20 on amazon, they're just velcro adhesive strips that holds onto the fabric. Being sold disassembled into the 3 main sections with all the parts and cushions, but will need to be picked up. Maybe a truck would be best.
