If I could give zero stars, I would. they tried to sale a car to me and my family and it had major issues with it. It smelt like gasoline. It was losing its power which is very dangerous, We only had it for not even a day and a half and we had to return this car. It had several issues with the car for them to sell cars like this is unsafe. They smile in your face, knowing that this car was defective.

My first time buying a car from a lot...one of my biggest regrets in my life. Literally 3 days after buying the car the check engine light came on for a bad cadillac converter, they sent me to their mechanic and he said it was beacuse "the battery was low" and he recharged it and reset the light. Needless to say it came back on a day later. After they installed a new cadillac converter, the car made weird noises so i had to go back AGAIN. They finally fixed that issue, but not long after that another check engine light comes on for a different issue. Im writing this review as im waiting for a toe truck to pick my car from work for a whole different issue. I had this car for just 4 months and its set me back soo much. Lost lots of money and multiple days of work. If this review saves at least one person from experiencing it what i went though ill be happy.

This is the second time I’ve bought a car from SBG,  each time was a great experience. Alex is such a big help and went above and beyond for me! They are willing to work with you to get you into a car you’ll love. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone!

I signed paperwork on the 11/1 for a used car. It needed a windshield. The salesman says , are you sure, it looks ok me. Also he made the comment that they were doing me the favor by taking my car. Friends, I haven't driven the car i purchased from them since. It has been in their possession to be fixed. All dashboard lights would blow out when the heater/ac was turned on and the heater/ac would stop working. They said they fixed it and I'd get in to go and check and it happen all over again. 3xs.
I drive for lyft. I have missed a week's worth of wages, so far, I can't pay my rent and I missed 2Dr.  appointments that took me 6 months to get. They rarely contact me on the statis of the repair. Sun comes up, sun goes down, I'm still waiting.  Anyone have any legal advice for me?

They sold me a lemon car which only lasted me long enough for their 30 day warranty to expire. Within less than 3 months of driving the car, the engine seized up and had to be completely replaced. At this point my only option was to give the car back and ruin my credit or pay for a new engine myself. The car was kept up very well and had all of the necessary fluids. The repair almost costed me another $5000 dollars on top of the $2500 i gave them for the downpayment as well as the car note i still had to pay while it was in the shop for months. These people are not professional. All they do is buy their cars from auctions for dirt cheap and upsell them to people like us for thousands of dollars. Although i was put through all of this, i was most upset when i called them about the car battery which also was malfunctioning and they were not able to help me with the warranty on that either. Luckily when it was finally towed to the actual KIA dealership, they were able to issue me a warranty for my engine which made the repair cheaper for me. I finally have my car back after 4 whole months but I still have to buy a new battery and SBG is STILL 100% not helpful whatsoever. If you are looking for a reliable car that won’t hurt your pockets at SBG, you better think twice!
