I had a very good experience, i walked away with a 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited for $10k out the door and i love her to death.

We found out the driver's side window was not working mid-way into making the sale, we agreed they'd fix it later and i could take it home; they repaired it 4 days later without any additional cost. So far she's been in great condition, i've only had to repair the sunglasses container latch ($5 fix), driver's fuse box (10c repair with 3d printing) and do an oil change myself.

Dealership was willing to negotiate to stay in my budget, we paid in full.

This dealership is very friendly. They give you no pressure when you are looking around. They let you look freely around their lot to see what is your likings and are helpful with them providing keys to any vehicle you may have interest in. They do not try to pressure you in a sale. They wait for when you are ready to talk to them and negotiate a deal. And they are very willing to help with negotiating to make a deal to make you a happy satisfied customer. This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I will be returning again. As well as recommending others. I highly recommend this dealership.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The full Carfax report was free for the cars I was looking at. Found a great used car for a great price. Had a minor issue with the car right after purchase and they took care of it for free. If I ever need a used car, I’d buy from here again.

My experience with the Best Auto Buy was awesome, I was under no pressure I found the car that I wanted and even though there was an issue with my card making the payment Nick Damien was willing to wait until I could get the money out of the bank to pay for it and he gave me an amazing price on it even traded out my messed up old car as well for a part of the payment. I purchased a 2001 Dodge Ram from Best Auto Buy last week and I exclusively only dealt with Nick Damian and Arlene.
