Our beautiful 2018 Jayco Octane 33 ft toy hauler is for sale, regrettably. This toy hauler and has 16 ft on one side of the garage and 12 ft on the other side of the garage for room for just about anything you want to haul. With complete tie downs to secure your toys. With a king size bed and one slide out on top to give you more room. My wife was thrilled with this because it gave her plenty of room to get around the bed to make it. I have also installed a 3500 watt inverter that runs off a solar panel connected to the batteries that keeps them charged. There is room and wattage to install more panels if necessary, including wiring. It also has two air conditioners that can be run with the onboard 5500 watt generator. There's a 45 gallon fuel tank and fuel station used for filling up your toys. It has a huge amount of storage, I call the basement, for all your accessories. The tires are in excellent shape with barely any use on them. I would estimate the tread available is about 90%. The ramp comes down to unload your toys then can be supported and used as a deck with screens around all sides and steps down from the deck. It also has a screen wall to make sure no bugs enter while you are enjoying your deck. It has all the other accessories like refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, and a double sink. It also comes with a 42-in TV and a 32-in TV for the bedroom. Also there is a large queen size bed and the rear benches fold down into a large queen size bed. It uses two larger 30 lb propane tanks. This is a very well-built trailer and one of the strongest well-built roofs in the industry. No leaks, no soft spots, this trailer is in great shape and will last for years to come. Unlike some of the newer stuff you see out there. It is always stored undercover and heated in the winter so the interior is in excellent shape and no moisture damage. We were planning on traveling around the country but our age is caught up with us and it is a little more than we can handle. We are asking $30,000 or best offer.
