Brand new G Rod Salmon series Rod 9’6” spinning 10-17lb. The lightest and most sensitive rod I’ve ever fished with. I currently own over a dozen but need to downsize my collection. This Rod is brand new and has never been used. $325 obo Graphene composite: • Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice. • It’s extremely strong (about 200x stronger than steel by weight) and very light. • In G-Rods, graphene is infused into the carbon/resin matrix to make the rod lighter, stronger, and more sensitive. • High-modulus carbon fiber: • The backbone of the rod blank is carbon fiber (like most high-end rods). • Graphene is combined with the resin system to enhance stiffness and durability without adding weight. • Guides & Components: • Many G-Rods use Fuji guides (stainless steel with Alconite or SIC inserts) depending on the model. • Reel seats are usually graphite or carbon composite for weight reduction and sensitivity.
