This couch has been in a smoke free house since 1970's. I was given it a year ago and my 10yr old has managed to pull off the bottom part of the chair skirt and mess up the center cushion of the couch. We are basically giving this away. We are moving and don't want to take it with us. You must be able to pick it up. We live in a 2 story apartment by Sacramento State college. Please text me
