This trailer would be perfect for 1st time RV owners, or a small family. Queen size bed * Full size pull-out bed couch * Dinette converts to bed * Sink, microwave, stove w/oven, refrigerator/freezer * Full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink * Heating * Air Conditioning * Everything in good working condition. Things we have updated: * Protective paint on roof * New air conditioner cover on roof * Added Bluetooth / Bose sound system * Mattress topper * New outdoor lights * Metal luggage rack on back * New tires / new bearings * Backup camera & screen * Trailer cover for winter The awning is torn but the mechanism works. It’s old, so there are cosmetic issues.
