Very Friendly, upfront on the facts of the vehicle we bought, which was a tesla model Y. Made sure the car was charged, worked with us with our pre approved loan from our bank. It was quick and easy.
We'd go to them again.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead of time to confirm that I could put $1,000 down on a Toyota Camry and was told that credit didn’t matter and that I could come in and get approved. I live in Richmond, so I drove an hour and 42 minutes to Fredericksburg based on that information. I even completed the application before making the trip.

When I arrived, my mom and I were allowed to test drive the car right away. Afterward, once we went inside, the conversation completely changed. I was told it “wasn’t looking good” and that my mom would need to cosign. She agreed without hesitation. About 30 minutes later, we had to leave to pick up my sister from school, and shortly after that I received a call saying that $2,000 down was required instead of the $1,000 I was originally told. That was very frustrating considering I specifically called beforehand to avoid this exact situation.

On top of that, the car didn’t even start the first time I test drove it and needed a new battery. While things happen, it added to the overall concern. I also repeatedly asked if there were any hidden fees and was told no, yet there was a $1,000+ processing fee posted. Whether it’s added to the total price or not, that is still a fee and should have been clearly explained upfront.

Overall, this experience felt misleading and inconsiderate, especially given the long drive. Transparency and clear communication would have made a big difference.

I gave this rating because I thought this deal was too good to be true!!  I called and spoke to Gary to inquire about my car.  The car had literally just got to the lot, it needed to be inspected but I was still able to see the car.  I came from Richmond and absolutely loved the car & the deal.  Even though I did not want to buy a car right now after I just moved..This was everything I was looking for!!

Gary “The Pro” was AMAZING. I went in with what I wanted in mind and he made it happen. He wasn’t typical sales person pushy and offered excellent advice. Easy process as well. I can’t wait to drive my new SUV!!

A honest review the car was good just what I wanted with being said the customer service was not good I had to ask for my paperwork which I got from the bank they never gave it to me. The door lock was broken they said they would fix it they lied. But with buying any used car that come with some risk. My experience with this dealer was just ok.
