We bought this while our central air broke and was getting repaired. Practically brand new and used at the most 4 days total. Cools very fast. but be sure to put the exhaust hose out the window. I put the exhaust hose up my chimney so it was no problem. This unit comes with two hoses (one not pictured), remote, manual, warranty card, and unsed window instake/exhaust kit.
