I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi, and the experience was excellent. Anthony Lee was honest, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I had the best car-buying experience with him. Beforehand, he even let me know he could offer a better deal than another Audi location. The purchase was quick and easy, and I absolutely love my new vehicle. Anthony even followed up to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated.

I wish they would allow you to do a separate review. But I could not bypass the opportunity to speak about how poorly my experience was with the finance manager.

Farzy Rashid - 1 STAR!
I had the worst experience with the finance manager, Farzy Rashid. It was so unfortunate because my experience with Anthony was amazing, but as soon as I began finalizing paperwork with Farzy, things took a turn for the worse. He was condescending, and I felt pressured into adding additional maintenance packages to my vehicle. The most disappointing part came shortly after. Within an hour of signing the paperwork, I called Farzy to let him know I no longer wanted the maintenance package, and he told me it was too late to remove it. He claimed he could cancel it, but that my payment would remain the same, which turned out to be untrue. I felt taken advantage of, especially as a woman, and it was disheartening to experience such dishonesty. I eventually had to return to the dealership and work with someone else, who removed the package immediately with no questions asked. The entire situation was upsetting because Farzy took away what should have been an exciting and memorable moment. Something needs to be done. No one should feel pressured or misled during such an important purchase, and I can only imagine how many others he’s treated the same way

I had an amazing experience with Audi of Ontario due to the superb service from Steven Holguin. I was looking for a new car but wasn’t sold on anything until I received a personalized video of the car I ended up purchasing from Steven. I was dealing with another dealership but Steven went the extra mile to treat me as a person and not just an inquiry. I highly recommend Steven and the dealership if in the market for a new Audi. He will treat you as you deserve to be treated and as I said, not like an inquiry. The Finance department was great as well. Rigo did not waste my time and had me in and out of there. Overall excellent service.

Overall had a great experience at Audi Ontario buying my car. Brandon Clemons was very patient with us. He answered any questions I had and walked us through the process smoothly. Would definitely choose this dealership over others again.
