I’ve also attached the resale value as of today as the couch is an excellent condition no tears no rips no stains of any kind. Technically I could sell it for $650 but I’ll let it go for $400.00 no less tho, you won’t get this for that price anywhere right now you can buy it at Ashley furniture for $1500 check online. Here are the dimensions: 107 inches long, 30 inches deep in the middle, 67 deep on the sleeper side, which is on the right hand side of the couch if you’re facing it. Also all the covers come off for washing.
