My car was bumped from behind. If you want to carry one bike, it works great. The arm that holds the bike closest to the car is twisted (may be fixable?) The pedal for reclining the rack is cracked, but currently usable. No cracks or other structural damage. I have been using it in current state for 4 months, but need that second tray. Fits 1.25" receiver Includes lock cable/keys
