Hands down the best small dealership I have ever been to. I found the car I was interested in on cars.com. I filled out a prequalification form for financing and a few days later went to look at the car. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman who brought me inside to meet with who Im assuming is the owner to discuss options. I purchased a car from Kar Company back in February. When this car was purchased we were very skeptical because we didn’t want to invest in something that would need more money put in soon. Levi assured us he would get us the best warranty policy and we would have absolutely NOTHING to worry about. A few very short months later come to find out this vehicle has a rear main seal leak. Took it to two different shops where I was quoted around $1300 - $1500 to fix I thought I had nothing to worry about like the dealer told me since the vehicle was still under warranty. Just for the warranty company to say not only is this not covered we also have the lowest tier of their warranty options. I’m very disappointed I’m a 24 yr old mother with two kids I was already struggling before I bought this car and now I have this to worry about. It’s very upsetting and unfortunate be very careful buying here. Make sure he actually shows you the CARFAX! He wouldn’t allow us to see it he just read it back to us which I thought was a little weird I should have seen it as a red flag.
