2002 Rexhall Rexair

36' Rexair by Rexhall motorhome with Ford F-450 chassis and slideouts in both living room and bedroom. One owner. Have all maintenance records. Has 130,000 miles but literally all of then are highway miles. Should run for another 100,000 with regular maintenance. Rebuilt transmission and new tires. Runs and drives great. Ready for your next andventure or simply park it and save thousands on rent. Best way to pay down debt or save for a deposit on a house. RV has new tires, beautiful and recently redone leather driver and passenger side seats, separate bedroom suite with partition for privacy. The bedroom features a queen size bed, desk, closet with mirrored sliding doors, dresser and plenty of bedside and overhead storage. There is additional storage under the bed with lift support/shocks for easy access. Purchased a brand new matress approx. 2 years ago which has only been slept on a handful of times. Bedroom is comfortable even without the slideout and feels quite roomy with it in use. Kitchen features sink with covered panels for travel, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling multishelf cabinet and extra storage under the sink. Fridge and freezer work great, as does the cook top, which uses propane gas. Living room is super large and comfortable with slideout. Fixed dining table, working electric fireplace/heater with room for flat-screen TV above it. Extra overhead storage in glass front cabinets along both sides. Shower, sink, mirrored medicine cabinet and extra storage under the sink. The RV does have a few issues worth noting. First, there is a crack in the bathroom sink, although it doesnt its affect functionality. Second, the blinds over one living room window and one windoe in the bedroom are broken and shoukd replaced. Third, the entire interior is rather outdated and worn, and the carpet and couch in particular have seen better days. I would replace both, and I recommend spending a couple hundred bucks to install engineered wood flooring throughout. Would make a huge impact for very little $$. Fourth, the ac up front is on the fritz but likely just needs freon. Will check out today and update this posting with status. Fifth, the built in microwave in the kitchen is broken and should also be replaced. There are probably a few other small issues that im forgetting, but given that this model bluebooks from 11k-30k, I am confident that they have been accounted for in the price. Come take a look and take her for a test drive! We are located in Pomona on Harrison and Garey and can show the RV pretty much any time! ******PLEASE for all that HOLY DO NOT ASK ME WHETHER THE RV IS STILL AVAILABLE. IF THE AD IS UP THE MOTORHOME IS STILL AVAILABLE..******
