Clean and in really good shape. No smoking ever. Everything works well! AC, Heater, Water Heater 2 new interstate batteries. 2 large propane tanks. New Goodyear tires and wheel bearings recently repacked. Dual axle, easy towing. Lots of storage. Queen sized bed, with cozy mattress. Comfy sofa/2nd bed. Removable indoor/outdoor dining table. Large shower with skylight. Bluetooth Jensen Stereo/TV Winnebago Gel coat exterior Widdle wadder on back Black tank cleaning system. Exterior propane port. Have many accessories; chocks, stabilizer pads, fresh water hoses and water filter, power cable and adaptors, surge protecter, sewer hoses and sidewinder rack, hitch with weight distribution bars and 28 gallon black/grey water external dumping tote. Only thing is the Awning fabric needs to be replaced, still functional... but we think it would be better to let you pick the color of your new awning (there are many options). We have gotten estimates to replace it at $600-800. Have title in hand. Trailer will be available for purchase and pick on August 1st.
