Description

This is a very large commercial Smoker very heavy duty with military great insulation in the walls commercial seals in the doors. It’s very heavy. It weighs approximately 1000 pounds. It’s on wheels. The capacity is huge. You could smoke a ton of briskets. You could smoke a ton of chicken or a ton of turkeys all at the same time it’s fueled by their Mesquite wood or charcoal. temperature is easy to control with the valves on the side. Also has a water pan in there that’s built in. It was custom built in Texas. I hate to part with itbut my dad passed away so I don’t really use it.
