S5TRF (5 HORNS - 2 X 44 / 2 X 31/ 1 X 25) ORIFICE IS A STUNNING .125 = LOUD LOUD LOUD THIS HORN WAS PRODUCED IN THE 1965-1970 ERA FROM ORIGINAL PLANT IN LYNDHURST, NEW JERSEY - Ask anybody these are a RARE FIND! It's a collectible thats working and it is the TOP OF THE LINE HORN MADE BY LESLIE FOR THEIR TRAINS 5-HORNS .125 IS THE LOUDEST THEY ALLOWED ON WORKING TRAINS. The condition of the horn is good and works great. What you see in the photos is just the paint flaking off it was painted blue at first then silver. I took it off my truck when I sold it and I really want to keep it but I don't have anything to put it on anymore. I had this horn mounted under my truck (see in the pictures I provided) and I can tell you that in St Petersburg, where I lived there are pedestrian crossings everywhere by the beach, but people do not use them to cross the street so they just run out in front of you instead. So if a person crossed the street in front of me I would blow my horn - Ha ha my train horn and every time they would fall! (I was prepared not to run over them) It is the most insane loudness you have heard - people stop as if there is a train coming!
