My husband and I were actively looking for a used Ford F150 truck so we headed over to AutoNation. David Chavez was our salesman & he went above & beyond to find us a vehicle. The truck was 8 years old but looked like it was brand new!! To say we were surprised was an understatement.

Following my purchase of a vehicle from your dealership, I encountered several issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. Specifically, necessary parts were identified only after the completion of the purchase transaction. The General Manager attributed this oversight to an instance of forgotten communication, an explanation I find unsatisfactory. This omission constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions explicitly outlined in our signed contract.

Following an initial misidentification of the necessary part, there was a delay in the repair of my truck. This resulted in a significant inconvenience, as I was provided with a substitute vehicle (a Corolla) while awaiting the correct component. This alternative transportation was unsuitable given my personal and professional requirements, which necessitate the use of a truck.

The final price of the truck included approximately eight thousand dollars in add-on charges exceeding the originally quoted base price. While these additional costs were discussed vaguely ,the precise amount was not explicitly clarified until the final contract signing.This lack of transparency regarding the the prices of the add-ons is mind boggling. A 21,000 dollar truck turns into a 36,000 dollar truck is unacceptable.

Those are just a few pictures, dry rotted seal around the windshield, i was told maybe it would get fixed.So much corrosion on the battery terminals. Inside door panel is coming off. And no AC. So i feel as though if you cared all these things need to be fixed before selling. The 50 point check was done 2 months ago, and no parts were on order.

We loved our salesman whyatt he stuck by my son thru the whole ordeal. After we told them what truck we wanted, my son took it for a test drive. He had already applied and only needed to finalize the sale. When he came back from his test drive, he preceded to tell him they sold it to someone online during the test drive. We were so mad! Afterward, they couldn't buy it, so they came back to my son. I told him if they do business like this walk away. He ended up buying it anyway because of the sweet salesman who had nothing to do with it. It seams to be a good truck. It's only been 2 weeks... we will see!
