Small= L 16" ID × W 12" ID × H 12" ID (sides) 16" ID (center) **ITEM DESCRIPTION** 🪵Wood Pet House 🪜The base is framed to be elevated 4" off of the ground to prevent water flooding into the inside during rain, and prevent insects from having direct access to your pet if placed in grass etc. 📐The roof has a center pitch higher than the wall height to allow extra headroom if your animal sits up and wants to turn around or to look out the vented windows. 🍃🪟Located beneath the roof side overhang on both walls is an 1"-2" Open horizontal slit to allow air circulation, ventilation, and visual ability from the inside. ⛈️🌂With the protection of the roof overhang, -🌧️ prevents any water from going inside during storms, -☀️prevents sunlight from heating the inside during heat, and -❄️allows the warmth of your pet to help stay inside even though there is an opening -🌦️all year weather appropriate home naturally insulated by the design. 🧱 The flooring on the inside is laminate wood panels, - 💧can be either drilled drain holes or slight spacing (about 1/16") If requested to allow easy cleaning with a hose without risking water pooling up on the inside and allowing any dampness or dirt to easily be brushed through and dry quickly. 🏠The roof is made from overlapped, tapered, floor laminate panels to allow zero leakage but still have an aesthetic appeal. 🔩Very durable, typically screws are used for instruction so that if needed it can be disassembled easily without having to break the structure. This allows for replacement of any parts if ever needed (although it is not suggested to do without necessity nor be reliant on this feature because it will risk weakening the house) **SIZE VARIATIONS** 🏘️Other sizes and custom sizes may be requested. I am open to making almost any size variations desired to sent your precious fur baby in the most comfortable way. Prices will vary for custom dimensions and larger sizes. **MATERIAL VARIATIONS** Would type, flooring type, roofing type, and Paint/lacquer/bare natural May all be requested custom. Prices will vary depending on the materials requested. 🏠🏡Make it match your home, or 🛖make it a custom creation. 🎨🖼️ I am also a mural artist which can also be custom painted and designed specific theme requests etc. DISCLAIMER: If the order is placed on the posted item, and a custom variation is requested, an additional fee will be invoiced to you before beginning the construction to compensate for the price difference. Refunds will not be issued due to inability to pay the difference. You will simply receive the item that was purchased as is instead.
