Queen drop down bed in back and couch folds out. Upgraded mattresses. Electric front jacks. Air and heat work good. 2 new 7 gallon propane tanks w/ new 2-way valve Trailer is in good shape. No roof leaks. Newer tires have less than 2,000 miles on them and are still in great shape. Motorized canopy w/ LED light strip. Onan 5500 generator works good. And aux fuel tank (outside fuel station) has had a leak since I bought the trailer, just never got around to fixing it. Comes with a Hisense/Roku tv also. Great for rainy days or bored kids. *hitch, sway bars, and hoses included* Exterior is in good condition, just dirty from the rain. Registration good till May 2027. Fits a 2023 CanAm 2 seater 72” wide.
