I’ve been an auto mechanic for 20 years, 15 of which has been strictly Subaru. I started a massing quite a few AVCS cam gears from engine jobs or spun rod bearing jobs. Figured I’d go thru them, hot tank, then clean by hand and then reassemble them and offer them as good used for someone looking to save some money over brand new or not knowing the condition of used. If there’s anything questionable when I take them apart, I don’t go any further and just discard. I take pride in my work and I’ve rebuilt quite a few on my personal vehicle and friends engines as well. Currently have 3 pairs of intake gears ready to go Working on a few sets of dual AVCS gears as well Asking $100 per gear or $200 for a pair RH LH
