Description

She ‘vants’ to be alone; Two Vintage 70s Exhibition Prints of Greta Garbo from the 1920s: Greta Garbo became a major star at MGM in the 1920s and known for her mysterious persona and aloofness. She was famous for saying in her thick Swedish accent, “I vant to be alone…” And how can you leave these two 24” x 16.75” framed exhibition posters alone? Both portraits were taken by Eduard J.Steichen in 1928. They were shown at the Jane Corning Gallery in Canada. Steichen helped to popularize glamour photography and if these portraits don’t exude glamour, I really don’t know what would. Asking a very fair $59 for the pair. At the moment I am selling these as a pair and am not interested in splitting them up. Perfect for that someone who is obsessed with Old Hollywood. No holds, shipping, deliveries, trades, exchanges, or returns. Follow me if you’re interested in the unique, the iconic, and the different. We truly want you to find what’s yours to find.
