“NEW” 2021 6’x10’ Homesteader Cargo Trailer

I purchased this trailer new in 2021 from Anchor Sales in Salem, Va. It has only been on the road once since purchase, when I took it back to have an interior light replaced. It’s been painted on the interior and a vinyl sheet flooring was added. It’s been wired for 120 volt, with two interior outlets. It’s insulated in the walls & roof and has two sliding windows with screens. Two large LED light panels are located in the ceiling. It was factory built with 6’ head height, has a side entrance as well as double cargo doors. It has an external 120 volt outlet for shore power. Many extras. I had intended to finish the interior to be used for camping, but health issues have gotten in the way and I’ve decided to let it go. As it sits, you could use it to store & haul, or you could camp out of it by adding a few things. I’ve had it covered by a tarp which I’ll let go with the trailer, if needed. I have $7,500 invested.
