2006 22’ Eclipse Attitude Toy Hauler model 22FK – just under 26’ to the tip of the ball hitch. Motivated seller. Need the room to bring new trailer home. 13.5 BTU AC, microwave, large refrigerator, AM/FM/CD sound system inside and outside, outside rinse station, generator, fuel pump station, spare tire with carrier, rear screen with roll-up zipper door, black/grey/fresh water holding tanks, dual propane, dual AGM batteries. Just replaced the water pump, hot water heater and heater work excellent for those cold nights. A/C works extremely well. Exterior: 25’9” total length X 8’4”W, and 10’4”H to rear roof peak (AC unit is higher). Interior: 6’ between wheel wells for 13’ of garage space to the refrigerator, my 2018 Polaris XP4 turbo fits perfectly inside with its 32in tires. 2 axles, bumper tow, dry weight listed 6280#, GVWR is 1000#. Matching Tow-Master tires all with good tread. 1 Electric Queen bunk and 2 twin sleeping areas from couch and dining area. Memory foam Queen mattresses. A/C blows cold and runs great on shore power as well as generator power. Ready for full hook-up. Generator was just serviced. Fuel station works great. Added a longer fueling hose to reach further to your toys when refueling. Has an inverter for quiet movie watching without the generator running.
