EXCELLENT CONDITION! Literally like it just came out of the box! Not all futon sofas are the same. This is 3- layer's for support, comfort, and durability. If your looking for the cheap ones, this isn't the one. This has been buried in a craft room holding sewing projects, so it's basically an expensive clothes rack, that's why it's in excellent condition, and NEVER USED AS A SOFA OR BED. No rips, dings, or fading. Its versatile and comfortable and would work well in a bonus room, dorm, airbnb... just about anywhere. Must be able to pick up.
