Description

Working toilet, shower, kitchen sink, fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and most lights. Hot water heater does not work but we had it hooked up to an instant hot and it worked perfectly. Has some small roof leaks but nothing that can't be fixed. Some soft spots in the floor in the living room/bathroom area. Has been parked in place for a few years. You haul.
