This is Structurally Sound and everything works it just has alot of cosmetic blemishes* I bought this when it was still a floor model at the dealer for$32,000 just 3 yrs ago, and I have lived in it full time ever since, and it shows. In fact, im still living in it, planning to upgrade to a larger RV mid November. This can be towed by most Pick ups, SUVs, and some cars. Its a bumper pull travel trailer. EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES WORK The black & Grey tanks were replaced a couple months ago. The refrigerator is 3/4 size and runs either on electric or on propane (Although there's a month or two in the summer that it struggles to keep my milk ice cold...lol) the RV air conditioner works good (Although it blows so hard that its loud, so I use a window air conditioner in the bedroom since its quieter) BUT I Will turn on the RV AC so that you wikl feel how it works. It comes with 2 propane tanks and 2 spare tires. This is the Rocky Mountain Edition SLX, so its larger than the others and has a larger tank and some additional insulation. I do have to buy a couple of the overhead lights on payday...lol *It is discounted because im selling it in a hurry and because it has some cosmetic flaws, for example, the decals are curling up on the edges, there are a couple places where the wallpaper is torn, some nail holes, and one big nail hole in the bathroom (tried to hang a towel hook and didnt hang it correctly), and the jacknife couch has been pulled out because the supports broke, I still have the couch its just been stored outside. The foor of one of the storage benches is falling off. Oh and a piece of glass broke from the overhead dining storage cabinets and it needs some painting touch ups...so yeah the to do list is a bit long, thats why im selling it for less than half its value, (per DMV its valued at $18,000) Other Rvs same model and year are selling for $15-23,000 nationwide. And right now its full of my stuff, which is too much stuff, so thats why im upgrading...lmao
