This couch was custom built in LA 3 years ago. It’s in excellent condition. I paid $2500 for it. Velvet fabric that is washable and stain resistant. Extremely comfortable. From a home with a dog and cat. Non-smoking home. Must go by Thursday 12.18 Exact dimensions:83” long (just shy of 7’), 38” deep, seat is 16” off the ground. Seating area is 68” wide with each arm being 7” wide. Second photo captures the rich marigold color best.
