Just recently bought a 2021 Cadillac XT5 400 with my partner, the vehicle was due for an oil change and the motor air filter change. They said that they would take care of it when I bring it back so I brought it back waited 40 minutes just to check the work they did when I got back home and nothing was done, they just reset the oil life and air filter life through the speedometer but check out the photo and you tell me if the air filter was changed. My advice don’t go here and purchase a vehicle when all in all it cost little to nothing for anyone and especially this dealership to do a simple oil change and air filter change but of course them being honest and loyal to their customers isn’t a thing there. I have been calling them to try and resolve this but they don’t wanna answer my phone calls. I wonder why.

Wow, what a great experience bought a van for my company couldn’t have asked for an easier more seamless process. Ask for Tony.  He’s the best!

This company is nothing but a scam. They make promises they have no intention of keeping, take your money, and then disappear when it’s time to deliver. Every step of the way felt dishonest — from misleading claims to complete lack of accountability.

Customer service was a joke. Instead of helping, they avoided responsibility and refused to fix the issues. It’s clear their priority is squeezing as much money as possible out of people, not providing any real service or value.

I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away. Don’t waste your time or your money — you’ll only end up frustrated and cheated.

Bought a cargo van…it’s leaking from roof & they had to know as it rains in Florida daily & they let me sign papers & immediately put in shop for over a month & trying to tell me I owe a payment…

Communication is beyond poor…Carlos never answers,txt back or email & had not been for Milad @ Hollywood office…I would be completely lost & therefore this is beyond bad business

This place is a disgrace. If you care about your time, your money, or your sanity — stay far, far away from this dealership. A friend of mine got completely screwed over by Jorge Diaz, a liar in a salesman’s suit who sold them a broken-down lemon disguised as a reliable vehicle. He swore the needed parts would arrive, even put it on paper. They never did. He promised it would all be taken care of. It wasn’t. Months later, they’re still chasing answers — no parts, no plate, no accountability, just silence and excuses.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s borderline fraud. This place will smile to your face while gutting your wallet and ghosting you the second the deal is done. LITERALLY ghosting you!!! Jorge not only dodged my friends calls, when he called back with his wives phone number Jorge picked up- realized it was him… and hung up in his face!!! There’s no integrity here. No follow-through. Just a slick operation built on lies, delay tactics, and total indifference to the people they screw over.

Do yourself a favor: don’t just walk away — run. Buying from this dealership is like lighting your money on fire and thanking them for it. Never again.
