500 Gallon BBQ Pit - Smoker & Warmer

Custom fabricated 500 gallon BBQ pit smoker & warmer. Reverse flow design, large capacity, warmer, and insulated firebox. The smoker is reverse flow. The large baffle plate that directs the smoke and heat also serves as a grease catcher that directs the grease to a drain. There are two smoke stacks on the pit. In the case dirty smokes starts coming out, the exhaust on the hitch side can be used as a bypass. That way the doors can remained closed and help maintain heat while the dirty smoke leaves the smoker. It can also be used to simply increase the air flow and help ignite the fire quicker, and get the fire back to a clean burn. Inside of the smoker there is a pipe that connects the main pit cylinder to the warmer. A dampener is used to either block heat and smoke from entering the warmer, or opening it will allow heat and smoke to enter and heat up the warmer. The dampener can be opened and closed from the outside without having to open the main doors. The insulated firebox helps isolate the heat and prevents unwanted, elevated temperature inside the warmer. The trailer was custom fabricated to accommodate the smoker. It was all registered through TxDMV and comes with the title so it is road legal. Fabrication drawings are also available for purchase separately. Packet of drawings will include a set of seven (7) drawings, list of part numbers, .dxf files, and support. The set of drawings does not include prints to fabricate the trailer nor a skid.
