Not in full working condition. The speed levels don’t switch properly. It has issues going up and back down. I would consider it broken and best suited for someone who wants it for parts or a DIY repair project. It’s free to whoever can pick it up. You will need at least two strong people to carry it downstairs, as it’s heavy and I’m not able to help with moving.
