Can’t wait to come back and support. They honored an incorrect price that was listed on their site, no hassle, no arguing. That alone absolutely says a lot about how they run their business. on top of that they had plenty of items that I tend to have a hard time locating in other stores, like cages, filters, lenses, etc.

I was so happy by how they handled it that I ended up buying another item from them and returning the one I had just ordered online elsewhere. Customer service rules, staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Great shop to support instead of Amazon!

Went today cause I saw an ad on instagram, I got to see it for my self , went for a action camera just to see prices and the stock they have, omg they have great stock from action cameras to a lot of variety of dslrs professional equipment, game consoles you name it. I wasn’t sure If I want it to wait and save money or purchase something at they time and I can tell you, I end up getting a insta 360 camera Sam was awesome and super transparent on prices and asking all my questions. The financing options they give you are affordable and on top of that Sam explained how to pay either with the financing option ( ridiculous low payment options as I say very affordable to pay over time ) or the way they told you to pay that is extremely low compared with other financing institutions.
Overall great experience I will definitely come back to purchase more equipment with them and I definitely recommend you to go if you need some equipment they are SUPER HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND TRANSPARENT. Thanks Sam & honestly I don’t remember the name of the guy at the front desk but thanks so much for helping me out and clarifying all my questions.  Coming back soon !!

I'm a beginning cinematographer getting out there and found this store in Anaheim. Got approved with with one of their financing options almost instantly and got a nice pair of Saramonic Lavaliers along with the new Kodak Charmera keychain!

My experience with the Mac Star team – Outstanding!

After being frustrated with loading the latest Apple operating system on an older MacBook Pro, I called every presumed computer/technology store and consulting shop in the greater Anaheim area.

Of at least six calls, I felt a level of comfort because I wasn't rushed or embarrassed by my limited knowledge. I decided to go to Mac Star and see for myself. Easy access. Plenty of parking. The team was receptive, smart as heck, and willing to meet my timeline. The cost was very fair and, in fact, less than Best Buy (the Geek Squad in-store) and those others I spoke with on the phone.

The work was excellent! The work was guaranteed, and I have been thrilled with the outcome. The Mac Star group did not pressure me or try to oversell services.

One more big thing! The store is way more than professionals doing tech repair and guidance. Way more! Mac Star is a real destination for cameras and hard-to-get drones! You can look all over Amazon and other advertised camera and drone places, but I would make Mac Star a definite stop before hitting "buy" anywhere.
