Single station, multiple exercise home gym. (Weights not included.) This is a great piece of equipment. You can do so many exercises with this. Removable preacher curl arm rest. Standard or Olympic weights can be used. I've only ever put 150 lbs on this while doing machine presses. Lat pull down bar, T bar, and other handles included.
