About three weeks ago I bought a “one owner, clean Honda Civic” from them. Less than 250 miles driven since we bought the car for my son and the transmission failed leaving my kid stranded on the freeway.

I contacted them to see if they would do the right thing and buy a used transmission, I’ll pay for labor. They said “As-Is” and refused to do the right thing. The only thing I can do is let others know about my experience and warn them to go to a different dealer for their car.

I paid $4k to learn this lesson for all. Will cost $4k for repairs.

I was out of a car for a year and put countless hours into finding one that was in good condition, as well as fairly priced. I came to find Good Deal Auto Sales listing on OfferUp and it seemed too perfect, but worth the time to look into. As I got to the dealership I immediately spotted out the vehicle and it was exactly as shown, and even better, exactly as described with it’s condition. With the great communication, no bs given or taken attitude from their amazing salesman Anas, we finalized the sale after an easy inspection and they made buying a car feel as stress-free as it could get. I’ve been driving the car for two months steady without a problem and I honestly couldn’t recommend a place better to put your time and money into.

These guys are awesome. They want to see their customers happy. I am also a happy customer with new dodge Avenger. Anas is an awesome dealer and he took care of me. He was straight up with me, and I know he will be straight up and honest with you, he's not going to cut you any flack or try to under cut anyone of his customers, I can guarantee this. Really amazing staff super cool attitude ! Gave me a good deal it all worked out great . I love my van id definitely go back and purchase another car from him maybe next time he'll have the bmw I want !
