Transmission was rebuilt recently (Feb. 2023) by Transworks and has a 12mo. warranty for parts and labor. 1600 VW engine IRS suspension It's set up to flat tow, which is legal in California under CA vehicle code 38025 Part D. This means you can legally tow it without a trailer. New tow bar is included. 2" ball, 4-flat connector. You can still put it on a trailer if you already have one.
