We went in a bit unprepared, we weren't sure we would buy that day, we just went to browse. Sam was super helpful and so friendly and EASY to work with. We decidedly on a car we liked, but since we didn't plan on buying that day we didn't have any check from our credit union. Sam made it easy for us and he was very knowledgeable on the process and got us all the things we needed to make things smooth. We picked up our car 4 days later, he had all the paperwork ready to go. Definitely look into the warranty, they offer great LOW prices. Vehicle delivery could've been better. Dealers typically fill the tank and clean it, we asked the car to be ready and it was [ good enough] but we still had to stop and fill the tank with a baby in the car, our toddler waiting for us a home, and 40 min traffic during rush hour to get back to home North. It's a simple small courtesy when making a large purchase IMHO. Overall Sam did a great job and truly lives by the slogan, "Customers first." He's honest and does the best to give you a quality vehicle. Highly recommend this place!

I went to buy a car for the first time in over ten years, I went to several dealers and got jerked around and lied to. I happened upon High Line Motors (without having an appointment as I didn't know one was needed), but the salesman saw us anyway. Sam was completely transparent with us in every way. He told us everything about the car, gave us the out the door price, and didn't pressure us. We took our time and ultimately decided that even though the vehicle we looked at was on the high end of our budget, we liked how Sam handled everything so much that is was worth it. We bought the vehicle in October and I waited till now to post the review incase anything went wrong. But the car is great, Sam was quick and easy to work with, and we couldn't recommend Highline enough. We are so grateful for the car buying experience provided.

I would refer this company to everyone! Sam was super knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very patient. The one thing I didn’t like was we were told the car had been filled with gas and when I picked it up, it was not full. But other than that, we had a great experience!

Highly recommend Highline auto! Sam was transparent with all his fees and the buying process was not drawn out and filled with “let me talk to the manager”. He cuts out the middle man and sells directly to you. He seems careful about the types of salvage vehicles he buys and fixes to ensure selling a safe car. Will definitely buy here again if I need another vehicle!
